They demonstrate their understanding of the routine as they hang their coats and bags up, self-register using their name cards and get involved in their chosen play. The staff have high expectations of children's behaviour and role model this well by setting clear rules and boundaries and providing a safe environment for all children.

Children have access to a large outdoor area where they take part in running games, climbing and football. She works with the children, staff team and parents to reflect on the environment and activities provided.
