For example, she seeks support and guidance from other early years practitioners to help identify aspects of the nursery to extend further. • The well-qualified and knowledgeable staff team supports children's learning and development successfully.

Each child benefits from a consistent key person who knows them well. Staff liaise effectively with each other to ensure that children's learning and care needs continue to be well supported in their key person's absence. Children form close bonds with staff and are happy.
