Her ambition for Birch Community Association to be a centre of excellence has meant that the setting has improved continually and markedly since the last inspection. • From the moment children enter this highly inspirational setting they receive incomparably high levels of care and love.

Staff use expert techniques to support children's emotional and physical well-being. Children settle exceptionally well, display impeccable behaviour and have an astoundingly strong sense of belonging. • Birch Community Centre is a truly inspirational and special place.
