This provision is outstanding • The manager and staff are inspiring role models for children. They provide an incredibly successful child-led approach that helps each child enjoy and achieve.

• Staff are extremely caring and attentive towards the children. They have an excellent understanding of each child's personal needs. As a result, children benefit from warm relationships and this helps them to settle quickly and feel emotionally secure.

• Children show high levels of confidence as they make independent choices about what they want to do. Children behaviour is exemplary throughout the nursery as children know what is expected of them. They talk about the rules and a...ct as positive role models for new children.

• Staff provide an exciting and stimulating learning environment that enables children to think critically and problem solve through their own interests, which motivates them to learn new skills rapidly. For example, babies enjoy exploring shape sorters as they persevere in putting the circle hoops on the correct hook. • Staff plan the outdoor environment carefully and they provide appropriate levels of challenge for the most able children.

Activities provided encourage children to be active and develop excellent physical skills. For example, staff support children to work together to create an obstacle course and use the wheeled toys to negotiate the different levels and surfaces. • Children have a very keen interest in technology and staff support this extremely well with an extensive range of equipment.

Younger children share their excitement as they make meanings to their marks on the electronic boards. • Staff are valued by the managers and leaders, who encourage their professional development. As a result, they continually improve their skills and maintain excellent outcomes for the children in their care.
