Staff share information about children’s interests and experiences to support continuity in their care and well-being. It is not yet outstanding because: Procedures for building further on the quality of staff’s interactions are not rigorous enough to always help children to get the most out of all their experiences at the club. Staff do not consistently help children to think for themselves and deepen their understanding and involvement.
