This provision is outstanding The owner and several of her staff are highly qualified. The leadership team is highly focused and committed to providing the highest levels of care and learning. It has created a culture of self-reflection and continually strives for continuous improvement.

All children, including babies, are very settled and extremely happy. The home visits and the strong partnership with parents contribute to this. Children have exceptionally close bonds with staff and demonstrate high levels of independence and confidence.

Children are extremely happy, highly independent and thrive in the highly stimulating environment. They eagerly take part in the exte...nsive range of purposeful activities, such as swimming, to support their physical skills. Staff and children complete detailed risk assessments to help ensure that children are safe at all times.

Staff are excellent role models. Additional funding is used well. Information about children's personal learning needs is understood and helps make sure every child makes the best possible progress from their starting points.

There is a strong partnership with parents and other professionals involved in children's lives. Parents speak extremely highly about the nursery provision. They say that staff are like an extended family and that their children have great opportunities to learn.
