Staff work hard to create a warm, inviting environment for children. • The club has an effective key-person system in place. This helps to ensure that staff provide good support for the youngest children's well-being.

• Partnerships with parents are strong. Staff invite children for visits before they join and ask parents for de...tailed information about their child's needs. This contributes to staff providing good support for children from the outset.

• Staff provide children with a wide range of enjoyable activities. They interact well with children and plan good experiences to enhance their learning. It is not yet outstanding because: • Staff have not established close partnership working with the on-site school that children attend.
