This provision is good • The manager and his team are dedicated and committed to providing the highest quality of provision.

They demonstrate a strong vision, determination and passion for continual improvement which are shared by all members of staff. • Children with special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities are supported exceptionally well. Staff ensure that their care and learning needs are tailored in order to help them make good progress in their learning and development.

• Children with profound learning difficulties and complex medical needs are successfully and safely included in the rich play-based classrooms. • The staff are well qualified and use the...ir knowledge and understanding to create an environment for children to explore, thrive and express themselves in their own way. • Staff work and communicate with each other well.

They have a shared vision to deliver a high-quality learning environment. They are committed to continuously improving the setting, and the views of parents, staff and children are sought regularly. • Children and staff have very good relationships with each other.

Children are extremely affectionate and seek reassurance from staff, who are quick to offer them support. Parents compliment the staff for the way they care for children, and children thoroughly enjoy their time at the setting. • Staff do not always check the outside area to ensure it is free from litter and suitable to use, specifically after poor weather.
