This provision is outstanding • The management team and all staff show an exceptional commitment to providing children with the very best care and education they can. There is outstanding training and support for all staff, who show a deep understanding of how children learn and develop. Staff put this to excellent use, providing outstanding-quality teaching across the nursery.

• Managers analyse the progress of individual, and groups of, children extremely well. Staff take prompt action to address any gaps in children's learning. They adapt the learning environment, which helps to capture and sustain children's interest in their own learning.

This has an impressive impa...ct on outcomes for children. • Children's engagement in their learning is exceptional. They move around the exciting learning environment making considered choices and become very engrossed in what they are doing.

They play and learn with great purpose and motivation. • Partnership working with parents is superb. Staff offer parents excellent support and advice.

Parents are fully involved in all aspects of their children's learning. For example, they regularly attend reading sessions in the nursery where they learn how to enjoy books with their children. Parents speak very positively about the nursery and describe a strong sense of community.

• Staff establish outstanding relationships with children. They get to know children's individual personalities extremely well. This helps children settle rapidly and be extremely confident and exceptionally happy during their time at the setting.

• The support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is outstanding. Staff work tirelessly and highly effectively to ensure these children are fully involved in nursery life. The highly personalised and effective approach to meeting their needs ensures that they feel valued and make excellent progress from their starting points.
