They have the highest expectations of all children and the quality of their teaching helps every child to make rapid and outstanding progress, including those children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). • Older children are exceptionally well prepared for starting school. They have high levels of focus, concentration and are eager to learn.

They have an excellent understanding of mathematical concepts and thoroughly enjoy reading stories. • Children have secure bonds with staff and parent partnership is highly effective. Parents leave overwhelming feedback, which demonstrates how happy t...hey are with the levels of care, expertise and genuine love staff show for their children.

• Staff provide a highly stimulating and exciting environment which captures children's interests. They actively celebrate children's achievements and display them proudly. This helps every child to feel special and included in the community they have built.

• Children's behaviour is exceptional. Staff provide clear boundaries and promote a positive environment. Young children show a clear understanding of the expectations for behaviour and are kind and respectful towards each other.

• Leaders and managers have an excellent understanding of the early years foundation stage and their staff team. They are exceptional role models and effectively support and nurture staff. This helps staff to provide the highest levels of care and learning for children.

• Leaders and managers prioritise children's safety. They have a specialist team committed to safeguarding children. Staff are highly trained in child protection issues and have exceptional support, should they need to report any concerns about children's welfare.
