This provision is good • Children show high levels of respect and tolerance for others, and their behaviour is good.

They make positive friendships and happily include others in their play. • Staff ensure that children's safety is given good priority. The premises are safe and secure, and children are well supervised.

• Children enjoy their time at the club. They are very keen to come into the setting and quickly become engaged in activities. • Leaders have developed good partnerships with other settings that children attend.

There are effective arrangements in place to share details of children's care. • Children are motivated in their play and are happy and se...ttled. They relate confidently to all the staff and ask them for support when they need help.

• Partnerships with parents are good. Staff exchange information with parents daily, to enable them to be fully aware of children's activities and to provide continuity in children's care. • Children demonstrate a good understanding of how to keep themselves safe.

For example, they recognise that some rules, such as not running indoors, exist to help prevent them from harming themselves or others. • Staff do not always adapt routines to meet the needs of children who prefer to be physically active, especially when they have less access to the outdoors. • Children do not consistently have opportunities to test their own thoughts and ideas or develop problem-solving skills.
