This provision is outstanding • Highly effective management ensures that staff are extremely motivated and constantly improve their teaching. Staff speak very highly of the processes to monitor and improve their practices, such as observing each other and providing constructive and valuable feedback, enabling them to learn from each other in a positive and safe environment.

• Management and staff work extremely closely with parents to meet the needs of their children. They are highly supportive and provide excellent assistance to families, so that children flourish. Parents are very well informed about their children's progress and learning.

They receive excellent advice... to help their children achieve at home, and to receive additional support from other agencies. • Staff support all children extremely well to achieve to the very best of their abilities. They provide highly stimulating and inviting learning environments that very successfully encourage children's deep engagement and challenge them appropriately.

Children are industrious and engaged at all times in activities of their choosing. • Children are very kind, caring and respectful of each other. They seek others for help, who willingly give it, such as pushing each other on the swings.

They are very sensitive and highly aware and accepting of each other's differences. They adapt their behaviour accordingly, to ensure they can all play and learn in their own ways. • All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those with English as an additional language, make rapid progress from their starting points.

The individual attention and challenges they receive from staff ensure they are highly inquisitive and very eager to learn. • Management monitors the assessment of all children exceptionally well to ensure that the curriculum continues to challenge and results in excellent progress for all. The excellent use of additional funding ensures that individual children benefit greatly from specific resources that enhance their outcomes, especially those children with SEND.
