Summary of key findings for parents
This provision is outstanding • The outstanding outcomes are clearly attributed to the excellent use of a very rich range of open-ended resources which quickly capture children’s curiosity and imagination and motivate them to learn. • Teaching is inspirational and staff have an in-depth understanding of what they set out to teach children and how they learn best. Consequently, children are highly motivated and challenged. • Staff place utmost priority on making sure children make the very best possible progress. They very carefully track children’s progress and swiftly identify any gaps in children’s learning. They provide excellent interventions and support to close these gaps rapidly. • Staff have extremely positive relationships with parents. A home visit to each child helps staff to gain a deep understanding of children and their family circumstances. Staff offer excellent individual advice and guidance to parents to help them support their children to make significant progress. • The promotion of equality and diversity is at the centre of staff’s work and all children are valued as individuals. Staff place a high priority on building very close relationships with children and promoting their emotional well-being. • Staff place a clear emphasis on getting children ready for school and there are exceptional systems in place to help support transitions when children move on to school. • Leaders work extremely closely with the staff team. They share a mutual pursuit for excellence and have the highest expectations of children.
