Their leadership promotes an uncompromising drive to maintain excellent provision. They combine rigorous self-evaluation with innovative change and improvement. This means that practice is continually reviewed and enhanced.

The quality of teaching is excellent. The well-qualified practitioners demonstrate a deep understanding of how children learn. They apply their knowledge and skills highly effectively when they support children to follow and extend their individual interests and lines of enquiry.

As a result, children make very swift progress in their learnin...g. Parents and practitioners regularly exchange information. For example, they share video recordings and photographs of children via the online learning journal.

This leads to rich conversations between parents, practitioners and children about children's interests and activities. Parents feel very well supported to continue children's learning at home. Systems for the supervision of practitioners are simultaneously rigorous and supportive.
