This provision is good • The manager and her staff successfully create a welcoming and stimulating environment to help children learn. They are very attentive to children's needs and help them to feel comfortable and relaxed at the pre-school.

This helps them to explore the interesting resources set out for them. • Staff are caring and kind. They consistently praise the children, helping to promote confidence and a sense of self-esteem.

Consequently, children develop strong emotional attachments and they behave well. • Staff are committed to developing their knowledge and skills through continuous professional development. For instance, staff have completed training abou...t supporting children's communication skills.

This has a positive impact on supporting children's emerging language skills. • Parents and carers speak very highly about the pre-school and the benefits that their children receive. They say that the staff are wonderful and that the manager is very helpful to them.
