The provision is outstanding • The leadership and management of the nursery are exceptional. The team has high expectations for the nursery and the children who attend.

Managers and staff are passionate about their roles. They meticulously evaluate all aspects of practice to ensure the continuous improvement of the outstanding service they provide. • The manager and staff monitor and track the progress of individual children and different groups extremely well.

This enables them to identify any gaps rapidly and provide exceptionally good support for children to catch up quickly and continue to make outstanding progress in their learning and development. • Partnerships wi...th parents are excellent. Parents are thrilled with the service the nursery provides.

They get regular, detailed information from staff about their child's progress and appreciate the many ideas they are given to continue their child's learning at home. • Children have close relationships with their key person and all staff. The staff know the children extremely well and successfully promote their confidence and well-being.

Children form strong attachments from the very start. • Staff provide children with a rich, varied and stimulating environment where children can independently access quality resources and learning experiences. Children demonstrate extremely high levels of engagement in their play.
