This provision is outstanding • The management team is inspirational in its pursuit of excellence. It systematically evaluates the quality of the nursery and continuously identifies ways to improve the already excellent nursery.

The management team seeks the views of staff, parents and children, and consistently acts on their suggestions. • Older boys and girls thoroughly enjoy writing. They display their excellent understanding that print conveys meaning and confidently read what they have written.

Staff teach literacy skills extremely effectively. They help children to recognise letters and the sounds they represent, and model writing incredibly well. • Partnerships wi...th other professionals are exemplary and support a highly accomplished and shared approach for children.

This has a significant impact on children's learning and development, and helps to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children, including those who receive additional funding. Children's individual needs are met exceptionally well. • Staff support children's understanding of scientific concepts exceedingly well.

Children enthusiastically investigate how mud changes consistency when they add more water. They also display an excellent understanding as they make pancakes and identify what happens to the ingredients when they are combined together. • The management team and staff create a very inclusive ethos and environment where diversity is respected and celebrated.

They highly value the uniqueness of each individual child and provide exceptional support to help children appreciate the differences between themselves and other people. • Parents are highly delighted with the outstanding quality of the learning experiences and superb care that their children receive. In addition, parents are extremely complimentary about the advice, guidance and support that they receive to help them support their children's learning at home.
