This provision meets requirements Children are exceptionally happy and settled at this warm and welcoming club. As they arrive, they are greeted by the nurturing and friendly staff team. The children are eager and confident to talk to staff and their peers about what has happened during their day.

Children thoroughly enjoy exploring the safe and stimulating environment. There are a variety of exciting and motivating activities for them to choose from. They demonstrate positive attitudes and are keen to join in and have a go.

For example, children excitedly take part in an outdoor treasure hunt to collect Halloween treats. They demonstrate good listening an...d understanding skills as they reinforce that they must only take 'two small treats' home.Children's emotional security is nurtured by the positive relationships that they share with the adults who care for them.

They are supported by staff to understand and communicate their feelings and emotions. As a result, children behave extremely well. They understand the rules and boundaries at the club.

For instance, they know they must be kind to one another. Children are very familiar with the club's routines. They sit patiently at mealtimes and wait until their age group is called to choose what they would like to eat.

What does the early years setting do well and what does it need to do better?

Managers and staff are dedicated to their roles and fully understand their responsibilities. They work tremendously well together and are committed to make a difference to children's lives. Managers are highly reflective and empower staff to be the best they can.

They make use of purposeful peer observations to continually build on the quality of practice at the club.There is a friendly and inclusive atmosphere at the club. Children from different backgrounds share and celebrate their differences.

Managers and staff foster a culture of kindness and respect. As a result, all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), feel highly valued and receive brilliant support.Meaningful engagement takes place with staff at all levels.

Regular supervision sessions provide staff with focuses for the future and opportunities to discuss any concerns. Support for staff's continuous professional development is a priority. Staff benefit from a wide range of training opportunities, which supports them to continually acquire new skills.

Managers regularly attend meetings with teachers and share relevant information about children to support their development and welfare.

Additionally, they liaise with professionals so that they can successfully meet the individual needs of children with SEND.Children are supported to maintain active and healthy lifestyles. They benefit from regular opportunities for exercise and fresh air.

For instance, they participate in regular yoga sessions. This helps to develop their core strength and control.Parents and children are encouraged to share regular feedback about their experiences.

They complete routine questionnaires to help managers and staff make positive changes to the club. Parents comment that the staff team is 'fantastic', 'extremely approachable' and that they 'do not know what they would do without the club'.
