This provision is good The provider and her manager are well qualified. They are good role models and they are committed to providing good-quality care for children. Staff show enthusiasm and kindness towards children, who are motivated and interested in the club's activities.

Children are confident and happy. They help themselves to resources that interest them and quickly settle to play after their day at school. Children develop good independence and manage their personal needs during the club's activities and routines.

Parents are highly complimentary about the club and the flexibility of the service provided. Children say that the club is enjoyable and they make lot...s of friends. The provider reflects on practice and includes the views of all staff, children and parents in the process.

Action plans are completed and implemented to continually drive improvements. It is not yet outstanding because: Staff do not make the strongest possible links with teachers at schools that children attend to share and build on children's current and ongoing care and development needs. Staff do not consistently provide children with excellent opportunities to extend their creative skills.
