The provision is outstanding • The manager is highly effective in driving improvement.

She gathers the views of staff, children and parents to continually identify and make ongoing improvements to enhance the outcomes for children. For example, she has very successfully increased the opportunities for children to develop their excellent imagination and creativity outdoors. • The manager meticulously monitors the progress of individual and groups of children.

She immediately identifies any areas to work on to rapidly reduce gaps in children's learning. Children make as much progress as they possibly can. • Staff are extremely attentive to children and prioritise their emo...tional well-being.

They use highly effective and tailored settling-in procedures. Children show very high levels of confidence and an extremely strong sense of belonging. Their behaviour is exemplary.

• Staff build exceptionally strong partnerships with other settings children attend and parents. For example, staff offer workshops to parents and provide 'rainbow challenges' to help parents extend their child's learning at home. Parents are entirely involved in every aspect of the school and their child's learning.

• Staff support children's transition to school superbly. Children visit the school, meet teaching staff and take familiar resources with them to help them settle extremely well. Staff forge highly successful relationships with external agencies to support children who have special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities exceptionally well.
