The quality of staff's interaction is outstanding. Staff know how to talk to children and get the best out of them. • Children have an excellent attitude to learning through play.

Staff establish a very encouraging and positive environment. They set a very good example and manage behaviour well. Children are calm, friendly and very busy during the session.

• Children develop secure friendships and display high levels of self-confidence and self-motivation. They are tremendously enthusia...stic and confident in all that they do. • Staff highly value children's safety.

For example, they undertake regular and thorough checks on the premises and resources to help children manage risks very effectively. • The staff and management team accurately evaluates the quality of the club's provision and sets a clear direction for future development. Staff listen to children views and regularly involve them in choosing the themes and activities that the club provides.

This gives children a very clear sense of belonging. • Parents speak very highly of the care and the support the staff provide to their children. They feel very well informed about what the club offers and how staff keep their children safe.
