The nursery’s leadership team is highly effective in driving improvement. Staff are extremely reflective and demonstrate a strong commitment towards moving forward. Managers have a secure understanding of their responsibilities to safeguard children. They ensure that all staff follow policies and safe working practices well to promote children’s health, safety and well-being to a very high standard.
