• Children are remarkably engaged and motivated to learn. They are superbly prepared for the next stage in their learning. For instance, staff visit schools to meet teachers to discuss children's individual needs.

They complete detailed information-sharing forms ...and work closely with parents to support children's move to school extremely well. • Staff have established highly effective partnerships with parents. For instance, parents are invited to take part in regular open days and appreciate daily updates about their children's achievements using an online app.

Parents are overwhelmingly positive about staff and the experiences their children receive. • Staff place high priority on children's emotional well-being. They work extremely closely with families during children's settling-in visits and throughout their time at the setting.

This helps to ensure that there is continuity between the setting and home and that children's care needs are extremely well met. • Children gain an extremely positive view of themselves and the world around them.
