This provision is outstanding The highly ambitious management and staff demonstrate an excellent commitment and dedication to improving outcomes for all children.

The manager and provider have ambitious plans to further develop the provision and they take on board the views of children, parents and staff to shape the provision to the needs of the community. Partnerships with parents are excellent. Parents are fully involved in their children's learning.

They are provided with support and information to help support children's further development at home. Parents praise the wonderful care, support and learning opportunities the staff provide for the children. The setting ...has developed highly effective systems to track children's progress.

This helps staff to quickly identify gaps in learning and enhance experiences for children to meet their developmental milestones. Children are confident and exceptionally well behaved, they relish the time spent in the outdoor environment and skilfully link experiences to their imaginative play. For example, children delight as they discuss recent visits to the zoo and use this knowledge to create a new role-play experience.
