The provision is outstanding • Children excitedly arrive at the nursery. They part from their parents with ease and immediately settle into playing with their friends. Staff demonstrate high levels of warmth towards children in their care.

Children are very happy and are extremely confident. • The manager and staff show passion and commitment to delivering the best service for children and their families. They are forward-thinking and consistently reflect on their practice, swiftly identifying where improvements can be made.

• Staff are well qualified and have an excellent understanding of where children are in their development and what they need to learn next. They use... highly effective teaching strategies to engage children in purposeful play activities. • Teaching is outstanding.

Children's natural curiosity and exploratory instincts are very well fostered. Staff provide an extensive range of exciting, challenging and wellthought-out activities. Their enthusiasm and passion for working with children is infectious.
