• Staff know their key children very well and respond to their needs sensitively. Children explore and engage in activities enthusiastically. They quickly learn to be kind and helpful, and build strong friendships.

Children are conf...ident and their behaviour is exemplary. • The provider and manager have used funding to optimise outdoor learning for children. Teaching outdoors has seen a significant increase in boys' literacy skills and increased communication for all children.

• Staff use an excellent range of local and national learning packages that enhances their teaching practice and children's outcomes. Highly effective teaching helps all children to make rapid progress in personal, social and emotional development and to become confident communicators. • Staff are extremely intuitive.
