The provision meets requirements The management team works extremely well with the trustees to ensure that the setting offers the highest quality of care and education for all children. Recruitment, induction and supervision procedures are very well organised.

There are many opportunities for staff to further extend and deepen their knowledge, understanding and skills. Staff are well qualified, experienced and passionate about the importance of valuing and celebrating the uniqueness of every child. They understand the importance of developing strong and supportive bonds with children to help them feel secure.

Staff are committed to working in partnerships with parents an...d health professionals to help each child fulfil their potential. Staff demonstrate an excellent understanding of the ways to support children when they start in the setting. Managers have developed excellent communication systems with the large number of schools children travel from.

This helps staff to respond to children's daily needs and complement their learning experiences elsewhere. Staff explain how they provide a developmentally appropriate indoor and outdoor environment. A wide range of interesting, inviting and inspiring resources, toys, equipment and tools is available for children.

Staff plan activities based on children's interests and next steps in learning. Staff demonstrate a deep understanding of their role in safeguarding children, including what to do if they have concerns about a child's welfare. A wide range of robust policies is regularly reviewed in response to children's changing needs.

The managers encourage the staff team to be reflective and evaluative practitioners. Staff explain how they value and act upon the views of children and parents, as part of their continuous improvement practice. Staff understand the importance of helping children to live healthy lifestyles.

They explain how they ensure that children are provided with nutritious and balanced snacks, regular exercise and fresh air outdoors. There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation.

Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration. Inspection activities The inspector had a tour of the setting.

The inspector spoke to the setting trustees, managers and staff during the inspection. The inspector looked at a range of health and safety policies and procedures, children's records, risk assessments, professional development and planning records. The inspector checked the qualifications of staff and suitability of the staff and trustees.
