Summary of key findings for parents This provision is outstanding The play club provides an extremely relaxed, friendly and welcoming environment where staff respect, listen to and value children. Staff are excellent role models and know children very well. This successfully promotes children’s well-being, sense of belonging and self-worth. Children form exceptional relationships with the registered individual and staff. As a result, children feel safe, secure and staff meet their individual needs extremely well. Staff deployment is excellent and they use every opportunity to enrich children’s learning experiences and make extremely effective use of the indoor and outdoor learning environment. Children’s safety is promoted exceptionally well as staff follow robust safeguarding procedures and teach children how to keep themselves and others safe. Leadership and management are highly effective. The registered individual and staff team are qualified, experienced and extremely effective in organising the smooth and safe operation of the setting. |
