This provision is good • The new manager has a good vision for the nursery.

She knows the strengths and, along with the staff team, has identified areas for development. She has plans in place to address them and to improve outcomes for children. • Staff understand child development well and use this knowledge to promote children's learning.

As a result, teaching across the nursery is consistently strong. • Staff greet parents and children warmly. Children have formed good relationships with staff and peers and look out for their friends when they arrive and engage in play together.

This supports children's emotional well-being. • Children, including those with ...special educational needs and/or disabilities, make good progress from their starting points. Staff work well with other professionals to ensure that children swiftly achieve their full potential.

• Behaviour is generally good. However, at times, older children can become restless, in particular after lunch, and do not always listen to instructions. • Parents are not provided with enough information about the early years foundation stage and what their child's stage of learning and development is.
