This provision is outstanding The quality of teaching across the setting is outstanding.

The well-qualified staff have an excellent understanding of the early years foundation stage and use their knowledge to inspire children to explore and learn. Staff know each child exceptionally well. They are kind, caring and have established very strong bonds with all children in their care.

Staff plan meticulously for children's ongoing learning. They identify suitably challenging next steps, which consistently link to children's interests. Children enjoy learning and make excellent progress from their starting points.

Partnership with parents is strong. The manager has c...reated many innovative ways to involve parents in their children's learning. The manager ensures that she meets all necessary requirements, including for first aid, the supervision of children and staff deployment.

Children have excellent opportunities to learn about the local area and the environment. For example, they visit their allotment four out of five days a week to tend to their produce, and visit the local beach to take part in 'beach cleans'. The manager uses highly qualified and experienced staff to support her team and strengthen staff practice even further.
