They confidently demonstrate their knowledge of the procedures for reporting any concerns about a child's safety. • Partnerships with a wide range of other professionals are well established and effective. Staff ensure that they support children's individual development needs well through a consistent and joined-up approach.

This includes, obtaining key information from medical professionals to provide continuity in the care children receive. • Staff complete observations and closely monitor children's p...rogress. They are very knowledgeable about the children they are working with.

They carefully plan a varied curriculum, taking into account children's needs, skills and interests. Children also have access to a sensory room and outdoor area. • The management team and staff are passionate about the service they offer.

They show they are very keen to continue to develop their practice and provide the highest-quality setting. Managers evaluate staff's practice to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Focused professional development is helping all staff to raise their skills to a higher level.

• Staff understand the importance of working in partnership with parents and building close relationships with children to ensure they feel settled within their care. They understand how to manage children's behaviour positively. There were no children present when this inspection took place.
