Description of the school

Atwood is a popular, two-form entry primary school. The EYFS provision includes the Nursery. There has recently been a significant turnover of teaching staff. The proportion of pupils known to be eligible for free school meals is well below average. The proportion of pupils with learning difficulties and/or disabilities is below average. These pupils have a variety of needs including speech, language and communication, and social and behavioural difficulties.
