Description of the school

St Luke’s is the only Foundation school in Kingston. The majority of pupils come from the local area and the majority come from advantaged social and economic backgrounds. A well below average proportion have learning difficulties and disabilities. Children’s attainment on entry is above average. The school has several awards, amongst them Investors in People, a national award for information and communication technology, and the Healthy Schools Award.
