This provision is outstanding • Children's behaviour is exemplary. They are caring towards each other and enjoy each other's company.

Staff are excellent role models. They show great respect for each other and for children, and demonstrate positive teamwork for children. • The leaders and the manager have developed very effective partnerships, which enhance children's time at the club.

They successfully liaise with school staff to provide consistency of care for children. Parents speak very highly of the professionalism of staff and praise the care shown for their children. • Staff know children extremely well.

They take great care to provide children's favourit...e activities when they are new to the club. This helps children to settle quickly. • Leaders use a range of methods to evaluate the setting meticulously.

They actively seek and welcome the views of children and parents, and act on any suggestions made. Children evaluate what they do at the club, and this helps staff to plan challenging and stimulating activities. • Leaders are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and enjoyable setting for children.

They are dedicated to supporting children's well-being, including those children who are learning to speak English as an additional language. • Children thoroughly enjoy, and are keen to take part in, a wide range of interesting activities. For example, they grow cress for their sandwiches, and cheer each other on when doing obstacle courses.
