This provision is good Management have an ambitious and engaging vision which includes other's views and actively promotes high standards of care.

Communication with children is highly fostered and underpins all learning experiences. Children have plenty of opportunities to interact and improve their vocabulary for instance by using new words appropriately in lively conversation. As a result, even the youngest of children develop very good language and communication skills.

Children feel confident and secure as the key person system is effective. Staff encourage children to be independent learners from a very early age. Staff extend children's achievement further though ...exciting and stimulating activities.

Partnerships with parents is strong. Staff engage with children's families and support them to create simple learning opportunities at home which affect children's progress significantly. It is not yet outstanding because: Leaders do not have a secure picture of how well all groups of children who attend the nursery are progressing.
