The provision is good • The manager and staff reflect accurately on the provision and identify areas for further development.

The commitment from the manager and staff has enabled the setting to make successful improvements since the last inspection. • Staff accurately assess children's achievements. They work closely with other professionals to plan targeted support to help close gaps in children's learning.

• The key-person system is effective. All staff are positive, nurturing and offer plenty of reassurance. Children settle well and form secure relationships with all staff.
