This provision is outstanding • Leaders and managers have an ambitious vision of what they want to achieve. They have a highly accurate self-evaluation system which incorporates views of those who use the setting.

• Staff communicate very effectively with parents in a variety of ways to ensure that they are kept well informed about the progress their children make. Staff provide ideas so that parents can support their children at home. Staff develop very strong relationships with parents and children.

• Staff have extremely high expectations for all groups of children so they continue to make rapid progress from their starting points. Staff are extremely confident in ide...ntifying what children need to learn next and how to support them in doing this. • Staff provide children with plenty of rich learning experiences.

For example, children have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and understanding of colour change using pipettes and colourant on salt. They remain actively engaged in this activity for long periods of time. • Leaders have strong working relationships with outside agencies to ensure children get the support they need to make the best possible progress.
