This provision is outstanding • The manager is inspirational, monitoring the provision exceptionally well. She supports all staff to continue to develop their already excellent skills and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

• The manager and staff know the children extremely well and make highly accurate assessments of children's development. Staff rapidly identify when children need extra help, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities or those who are learning English as an additional language. Any gaps in children's learning and development close quickly and they make excellent progress from their starting points.

• Ma...nagers and staff have exceptional partnerships with parents. They share information about children's achievements extremely well and offer workshops to help parents continue the learning at home. Children receive highly consistent messages and make outstanding progress in their development.

• The manager, senior staff and key persons work tirelessly with others involved in the care of the children, including nursery and school staff and other professionals. They use advice and guidance extremely well to make sure outcomes for children are highly successful and help them move on in their learning effectively. • Staff continually reflect on their exceptional practice and play spaces.

They seek the views of parents and children to support changes. For example, children's interest in music and performing has been encouraged with the addition of a stage in the outdoor area. Children show high levels of self-esteem and confidence as they sing, dance and play musical instruments together.
