This provision is good • Staff speak positively about the support and guidance that they receive from leaders, to make clear their responsibilities and individual children's needs and interests.

• Staff skilfully interact with children during their play to help extend their communication and language skills. Children learn to express themselves in different situations confidently. • Children consistently demonstrate positive behaviour.

For example, they listen, show respect to staff and share resources with other children effectively. Staff act as positive role models for children. They help children to learn good manners and teach them right from wrong.

• Staff... arrange a wide range of opportunities for children to celebrate and learn about people and cultures within the local community that are different to their own. • Although leaders work closely to evaluate the provision, they have not fully considered feedback from all parents to review and identify areas for further improvement. • Staff miss some opportunities to help children recognise their own achievements and to strengthen further their self-esteem.
