This provision is outstandingnThe manager is very committed and highly passionate in delivering the best possible care and education for children. She works successfully with a small staff team which shares the vision of setting high expectations for what children can achieve in preparing them for the next stage of their learning and for school.nThere is an exceptional support system in place to ensure consistency in the monitoring of staff performance at all levels.

Relevant and effective training is ongoing and continues to support staff professional development in order to help achieve children's outcomes.nThe quality of teaching is outstanding. The staff demonstrate enthusiasm... and positive attitudes when supporting children's learning in a rich and stimulating indoor and outdoor environment.

nThe monitoring and tracking of children's progress are thorough and effective. These are checked by the manager, who works with the staff team to address any gaps in learning for each child. Outcomes for children are excellent as staff know their starting points and continue to consistently monitor their progress of learning.

nThe relationships between staff and parents and carers are exceptional and lead to effective partnerships. Parents and carers are consistently informed by staff about their child's settling in and progress. They are assured that their child is in a happy, nurturing and safe environment to learn.

nChildren are provided with opportunities to keep themselves healthy through engaging in regular physical exercise and learning about the importance of eating healthy food.nChildren behave exceptionally well and show respect for each other. Staff are excellent role models in promoting positive behaviour to children.
