The provision is outstanding • The manager has a strong understanding of what the setting excels at and where there is potential to improve even further. She is forward thinking, inspirational and leads staff who are passionately committed to high-quality care and education for children.

• Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make use of every opportunity to enhance children's learning and development to optimum levels. High-quality interactions with children, along with superb teaching skills, contribute to the rapid progress that all children make in their learning. • Children display high levels of positive behaviour as they form warm and caring attachments with staff and wit...h their peers.

Staff are excellent role models to the children. They ensure children's feelings and emotions are spoken about, and children's voices are listened to and respected. • Children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities thrive in this stimulating environment.

Staff go on specialist training to reflect the needs of individual children, to help ensure that children progress. • Partnerships with parents are exemplary.
