This provision is outstanding • The highly dedicated manager leads an inspirational team of extremely passionate and experienced staff. There are exceptional opportunities for staff to continue to enhance their knowledge and skills, for example, through frequent and relevant training.

• The key-person system is highly effective in providing support for families and enabling children's individual needs to be met. Staff know individual children extremely well. They meticulously plan an extensive range of highly challenging experiences based on children's interests.

This helps to ensure children show high levels of engagement and make excellent progress in all areas of lear...ning. • Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported incredibly well by staff. The manager and staff have superb partnerships with parents and professionals to ensure they flourish.

• Children are visibly happy, have extremely positive views of themselves and show confidence in trying new experiences. They are highly engaged and become deeply engrossed in learning. • Staff are inspirational role models.

They are extremely caring and establish positive, warm relationships with children, supporting their emotional well-being superbly. • Children show delight in small-group and one-to-one activities, sharing books and toys. They show excellent concentration and listening skills when staff skilfully give instructions and ask them questions to support their thinking skills and ideas.
