Staff make themselves available to talk to parents at the beginning and end of the day and hold meetings each term to discuss children's progress. Children learn respect for others and learn about the lives of their friends. For example, they pretend to cook for each other in the home corner and look at photographs of their families displayed on the wall.

Staff make good use of the local area to extend children's learning experiences, such as visiting the library to borrow books and the local park. Staff have established effective systems to observe children's learning. This helps them track children'...s good progress and plan for the next steps in their learning.

Staff creatively organise a highly stimulating environment for children. They provide children with a wide range of exciting toys and enjoyable learning experiences that motivates them to learn.
