The provision is outstanding • Children who have lower than expected starting points in learning, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, receive exemplary support to help them make significant progress. • Staff provide very high levels of challenge to the most able children to help them achieve far beyond expected levels of development. Staff assess and plan for all children meticulously to help them make outstanding progress in preparation for their next steps in learning and for school.

This is a significant improvement since the last inspection and demonstrates excellent progress in the quality of teaching. • Staff are exemplary role models who support children sensitively to reach high levels of positive behaviour and respect for others.

• The manager provides exceptional leadership and a very strong vision of what can be achieved. She offers excellent support for staff to improve the quality of teaching and learning to the highest standard. • Leaders, managers and staff have a very secure understanding of safeguarding procedures to help keep children safe.
