This provision is goodnManagers are highly motivated and make sustainable improvements.

They are ambitious for children and are focused on improving standards.nPartnerships with parents are strong. Parents are very complimentary about the care and support that the manager and staff offer.

Children feel happy, safe and confident. nStaff are deployed well and supervise children vigilantly, indoors and outdoors. Children move around the learning environment freely and become fully engrossed in what they are doing.

nChildren make good progress. They are socially and developmentally well prepared for the next stage in their learning, including starting school.nProvisi...on for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is particularly strong.

Leaders and managers are highly motivated to tailor children's learning to support their individual needs.nStaff encourage even the youngest children to be independent, and older children demonstrate confidence in managing their own personal needs.nAlthough staff's practice is extremely high quality, on occasion this is not consistent, for instance when supporting the new children and extending the older children's thinking and speaking skills.
