Children look forward to relaxing with their friends and having fun. • Children access exciting types of physical play, such as football, tennis and skipping games, that keep them fit and healthy.

• Staff use their experience and good knowledge of the children's characters well, which helps to support their good behaviour. Children respond positively to requests. They are polite and make lasting friendships.

• Parents are very complimentary about the club facilities. They state that they value the service and the range of activities that they k...now their children enjoy. • Children have opportunities to learn about their community and the wider world.

For example, they enjoy craft activities to explore events such as United Nations Day, women's world cup football and Remembrance Day. • Children do not consistently have sufficient resources to support their hygiene needs, such as soap for washing their hands. • Although staff reflect on and evaluate the service they provide, they do not regularly seek children's ideas and involve them in the planning.
