This provision is outstanding • The well-qualified manager is an inspirational role model. She is wholly committed to ensuring that children are supported to achieve the highest possible outcomes.

• Staff know their children extremely well. They use their excellent knowledge of children's individual interests to plan an environment that entices them to learn and explore. Children become independent and inquisitive learners in the vibrant and stimulating nursery.

• Staff use their diligent observations to precisely monitor children's progress and identify the next steps in their learning. Staff swiftly identify any gaps in children's learning and provide targeted support.... • Well-considered settling-in sessions ensure that children are supported to develop excellent relationships with their key person.

The manager and her team ensure that parents are involved in their child's learning and development from the outset and value their contributions. • Children demonstrate exceptional skills of self-motivation and determination. For example, they enthusiastically construct 30-piece puzzles independently.

They carefully turn the pieces to find the edges before matching the pieces, then proudly hold them up to share their achievements. • Children make excellent progress from their starting points, including those with English as an additional language and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). • The manager and her team develop superb partnerships with parents.

Parents are offered a wealth of opportunities to share information with the nursery. Parents speak extremely highly of the nursery describing it as 'wonderful' and 'terrific'. They praise the superb knowledge staff have of their individual children and the excellent progress that they make.
