This provision is good • The management team, staff and committee have worked extremely hard to address the actions set at the last inspection. They are passionate and dedicated to achieving even higher standards.

The management team accurately evaluates the quality of the pre-school and acts on the views of parents and children. • Staff support children's communication and language skills very well, including those children who speak English as an additional language. They use innovative approaches to help ensure that all children acquire good speaking skills.

Older children display excellent conversational skills and extensive vocabularies. • The management team and st...aff provide a very inclusive environment. They value the uniqueness of each child and celebrate diversity.

Staff fully involve children in taking part in charity events to help raise money to support those less fortunate than themselves. • Staff involve children in growing a wide range of herbs, vegetables, fruits and plants. They skilfully help children to understand where food comes and encourage them to develop healthy lifestyles.

Staff involve children in planting flowers in containers and collecting litter in the local community. Children learn how to become extremely responsible citizens. • Children's behaviour is excellent.

They are very patient with each other, kind and helpful. Staff are extremely sensitive and respectful role models for children. • Parents are highly complimentary about the pre-school.

They are pleased with the progress their children make and describe the pre-school as a 'brilliant stepping stone in learning for life'. Staff provide parents with a wide range of information to help them support their children's learning at home. • Staff do not consistently provide highly challenging activities for the older and most-able children to extend their learning even further.
