This provision is outstanding • The dedicated and extremely knowledgeable manager and her staff team work exceptionally well together.

They strive to provide all children with the highest possible levels of care and education. The highly-qualified staff team use their expert knowledge of child development to successfully promote children's learning. • Teaching is highly effective and there is an excellent focus on learning, both indoors and outdoors.

Children thoroughly immerse themselves in the exciting activities and staff capture children's natural curiosity to learn and explore. • Staff establish excellent attachments with the children and get to know their individua...l needs exceptionally well. They successfully support all children to achieve their full potential.

Children who speak English as an additional language and children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities are particularly well supported to make the best possible progress. • Children demonstrate excellent behaviour and self-control. They show kindness and compassion towards others.

Staff consistently praise children's efforts and their positive interactions help children to learn what is expected of them. • Partnerships with parents are exceptionally strong. Staff get to know the children extremely well from the outset.

When children first start, they visit them at home and spend time getting to know the children and find out about their likes, interests and prior achievements. Staff provide parents with ongoing support and a wealth of information and ideas to help them to continue their children's learning at home.
