The provision is good • The provider is very experienced and is passionate about providing the best possible experiences for children and their families. Staff value children's ideas and take on board their feedback which they use to further develop the provision. • Children thoroughly enjoy the time they spend at the club.

They demonstrate high levels of confidence and are enthusiastic to join their friends and explore the range of activities provided. • Children behave well. Staff implement clear rules and boundaries which children understand and follow.

They routinely use their good manners, they are respectful to one another and take turns in their play. Staff are ca...lm and sensitive in their approach and address any unwanted behaviour quickly to avoid any further conflict. • Staff have established good relationships with the school.

They have effective systems in place to share relevant information with teachers to help promote children's care and complement their learning at the club. It is not yet outstanding because: • Staff do not always obtain enough information from parents about their children's likes, interests and capabilities when they first start in order to support their play and learning in the club. • Although, the setting implements the key-person system for the younger children attending the club, they have not yet been fully successful in sharing this information effectively with all parents.
